My parents are looking for a basic truck 2 wheel drive, automatic. They don’t want me to get one with an extended cab which sucks. Will the insurance be real high since im a guy? If the insurance company offers the good student discount then I qualify.

hamn:if you get a super strong engine, insurance is giong to be higher. and yes, it is proven that new guy drivers cost more for insurance than girl drivers for some odd reason.
a few good trucks would be the toyota tacoma, the dodge dakota, ford ranger, chevy S-10 and the chevy colorado
