My samsung laptop cant connect to my internet. But all of my other laptops / Desktops can. It connects and says i have full bars but it has a Exclamation Mark on it and wont let me get on internet. I really need this laptop and i am hoping some one can help me before i bring it in and spend lots of money when i can probably fix it. Thanks for any one who helps me.

also did u double check that the router is configured correctly?
if it is, you can connect to it by 192.168.1.1 which is the default IP address for most routers…
if it connects there should be a setup link within there somewhere,
if there is… just run through that, and hopefully that should solve it

type cmd then press enter
in the black window type ipconfig press enter
this will show you your network address and gateway
open IE and enter your gateway address. IE: http://192.168.0.1
Enter your username and password.

i have skype. i just dont know how to get to my webcam alone. bc there isnt a way to take pictures / videos on skype.

Set the settings of the webcam; go to messenger, preference, and video and voice to set the preferences and then it should work.
Look under programs for YouCam. If you don’t see any webcam programs listed you can always download one of the free ones. This article (http://mailVU.com/blog/answers-to-your-webcam-questions/) lists several free programs you can use on your Samsung.
